Aim of the training programme: To reduce absenteeism and prevent school dropout by training a body of teachers and remedial staff to identify the psycho-educational risk factors to which students are exposed and to manage the problems affecting the instructional-educational process.

2. Optimizing the strategies meant to prevent/reduce absenteeism and dropout

4. Making career counseling activities more effective by integrating online tools
